Overview
SavvyCal Link Generator is a Chrome extension that connects your SavvyCal account to any browser tab, allowing you to generate single-use scheduling links using the current page title and URL.
Data We Collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data remains on your device.
Data stored locally (chrome.storage.local)
- OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens issued by SavvyCal after you authorize the extension. Used solely to authenticate API requests to
api.savvycal.com.
- Cached link data — a local cache of your SavvyCal scheduling links to reduce API calls. Cleared automatically after 30 minutes.
- UI preferences — last active tab and scroll position for a consistent experience across sessions.
Data read from the active browser tab
When you open the extension, it reads the page title and URL of your current browser tab to pre-fill the scheduling link name and description. This data is never transmitted anywhere except to the SavvyCal API as part of the link you choose to create.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect analytics or telemetry
- We do not track browsing history
- We do not transmit any data to KYLA.SH or any third party

Third-Party Services
The extension communicates exclusively with:
api.savvycal.com— SavvyCal's REST API, using your own OAuth credentials, to create and manage your scheduling links. Subject to SavvyCal's Privacy Policy.
savvycal.com— for OAuth authorization flow only.
Data Removal
To remove all locally stored data, click the ⚙ icon in the extension and select Disconnect. This clears all OAuth tokens and cached data from your device. Uninstalling the extension also removes all local data.
